Indian Penal Code Section 245:
Unlawful removal of a coining instrument from a mint.—Whoever, without lawful authority, removes any coining tool or instrument from any mint lawfully established in 1[India], shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term that may not exceed seven years, and shall also be liable to a fine.
