Indian Penal Code Section 407:
Criminal trust violation by carrier, etc. Whoever, having been entrusted with property as a carrier, wharfinger, or ware housekeeper, commits criminal breach of trust with regard to such property shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term that may not exceed seven years, and shall also be subject to a fine.
