SECTION 402 IPC : Assembling with the intent to commit dacoity. Whoever, at any time following the passage of this Act, is one of five or more people gathered for the purpose of committing dacoity shall be subject to a fine as well as a sentence of rigorous imprisonment that may last up to seven years.
