IPC 434 Description
According to IPC Section 434 of the Indian Penal Code, whoever commits mischief by destroying or moving any landmark fixed by the authority of a public servant, or by any act that makes such landmark less useful as such, shall be punished with either type of imprisonment for a term that may extend to one year, or with a fine, or with both.
