SECTION 85 IPC : Act of a person rendered incompetent by intoxication brought on against his will.—Nothing that a person does that makes them incapable of understanding the nature of the act or that what they are doing is wrong or against the law is an offense, provided that the substance that made them drunk was given to them against their will or without their knowledge.
