SECTION 408 IPC : Criminal trust-breach by a clerk or servant. Criminal breach of trust in relation to property is punishable by imprisonment of either description for a term that may extend to seven years, as well as by fine. This punishment applies to anyone who is a clerk or servant or who is employed as a clerk or servant, and who is in any way entrusted in that capacity with property, or with any dominion over property.
